Nowi Home gives you full freedom in the choice of abrasives while maintaining a stable sharpening angle across the entire length of the blade. In addition, you receive three fixed sharpening angles of 30, 35 and 40 degrees which are thoughtfully matched to typical application areas.

Guidance for choosing the correct angle

The major advantage of Nowi Home is that the fixed angle attachments eliminate the need to think about which sharpening angle to use. Simply select the appropriate angle and sharpen your knife with high repeatability.
To ensure precise results across different blade shapes and factory grinds, an empirically determined correction factor has been integrated. This allows the three fixed angles to work effectively for a wide range of knife types with minimal deviation.

Nowi Home is ideal for users who primarily sharpen kitchen knives or knives with clearly defined usage areas and value a simple and reliable sharpening process.
