NOWI PRO SET 1 - without case, without knife clamp

The Nowi Pro is a precise sharpening system for knives and tools of all kinds. This set provides the complete functionality of the system in its most compact form and is aimed at users who already own accessories or want to expand their setup individually.

The sharpening angle can be freely adjusted from 5-45° and can be measured electronically with an accuracy of 0.1°. This gives you maximum control over the sharpness of your knives regardless of blade shape or intended use. The free choice of abrasives allows every possible sharpening strategy from fast material removal to extremely fine polishing.
